Description
SMART is actively recruiting for a locum CRNA to provide coverage for a client of ours in Northwestern Ohio, about 30 miles from Fort Wayne. Coverage is needed as soon as credentialed and will be ongoing during permanent recruitment.
Qualifications:
• Active OH license preferred but will consider those needing licensure.
• Case logs to show proficiency in blocks, spinals, and epidurals
Job Summary:
• Shift times: 7a - 3p
• Call Details: Call every 3rd night; every 3rd weekend. No OB call, OR call only
• All CRNA practice
• Cases: ENDO, podiatry, General, ORTHO, Urology
• 3 CRNAs on during days
• EMR: EPIC
