Description Opsam Health - City Heights <ul> <li>FT/PT</li><li>Hours: FT: Monday - Friday (8-5); Option for PT, 3 days a week</li> <li>Employed</li> <li>New Graduates</li> <li>Average Patients seen: 20</li> <li>Call Schedule: No call, dedicated APP for all after hour calls, weekends, holidays</li> <li>Sign-On Bonus</li> <li>Compensation: $240,000 to $300,000 base salary + sign-on bonus and relocation assistance.</li> <li>Benefits: - Vacation: 20 vacation days annually. - Sick Leave: Employees receive 40 hours of sick leave per year, separate from vacation time. - Paid Holidays: We provide 8 paid holidays annually. - Medical, Dental, and Vision Coverage Medical, dental, and vision coverage begin automatically on your first day of employment. Nurse Practitioners: Eligible for 5 CME days annually with an allowance of $3,000.</li> <li>Additional Info: This position will be located at Opsam Health City Heights Clinic, 5296 University Ave, Ste F1, San Diego, CA 92105. Employment: Full-time (M-F, 8-5), no weekends or after-hours; open to 1099 or part-time (min. 3 days/week) Clinic Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8 AM-5 PM Team Structure: 1:1 MA support, APP covers after-hours Technology: ECW with AI scribe; on-site lab and referral network access Requirements: - Current CA Medical License - Current DEA+DPS Certificate of Registration - BE/BC in Endocrinology.
