Key Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care services for patients of all ages
Perform routine exams, preventive care, chronic disease management, and minor procedures
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including nursing, behavioral health, and specialists
Participate in community health initiatives and quality improvement projects

Qualifications:
Board-certified or board-eligible in Family Medicine
Eligible for Arizona medical licensure
Strong commitment to community health and patient-centered care
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
