Location: Las Vegas, Nevada Key Responsibilities:
Provide care for premature and critically ill newborns in a Level III or IV NICU setting
Attend high-risk deliveries and manage neonatal resuscitation
Collaborate with pediatric subspecialists, nursing staff, and maternal-fetal medicine teams
Participate in family counseling, patient care planning, and quality improvement initiatives
Teaching and research opportunities available if desired Qualifications:
Board-certified or board-eligible in Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine
Eligible for Nevada medical licensure
Excellent clinical judgment and communication skills
