Rates: $290/hr

Opportunity Highlights
Start Date: May 10, 2026.
Contract Length: Ongoing (13-week initial blocks).
Schedule: 4 shifts per week (9-hour shifts).
Shift Times: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Flexible Monday–Sunday options).

Support Staff: APPs on staff for rounding and clinical support.
EMR: EPIC (Required proficiency).

Clinical Scope & Volume
The Neurologist will operate within a high-acuity hospital environment, focusing on specialized stroke care and general neurological diagnostics.
Average Daily Census: Up to 12 patients per day.
Patient Population: Adults (18+).
Department Focus: Comprehensive stroke facility.
Responsibilities: * On-site stroke call/response.
Tele-neurology support for off-site locations.
General neurology inpatient consultations during the day.
Procedures: None required.

Provider Requirements
Board Status: Board Certified (BC) or Board Eligible (BE) in Neurology.
Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience post-residency/fellowship.
Licensure: Active Pennsylvania (PA) Medical License in hand (Required). No "willing to license" candidates.
Certifications: Active DEA with a PA address registration.
Documentation: * NPDB self-query dated within 6 months.
Full 7-year work history or list of last 10 assignments.
Full disclosure of all malpractice history.

Credentialing Information
Standard Timeframe: 90 days.
Temporary Privileges: Available only for "true urgent needs" and clean, non-complex files; must be approved at the start of the process.
Deadline: Provider must be fully cleared 2 business days prior to the May 10th start date.
