Seeking a BE/BC Perinatal /Reproductive Psychiatrist in North Carolina

• Applicants should have completed a psychiatry or obstetrics/gynecology residency as well as a reproductive or perinatal fellowship.


• New graduates are encouraged to apply.


• 144 bed behavioral health facility


• Academic Appointment


• Excellent blend of clinical care, teaching, and scholarly activities


• Inpatient services will include providing consults for the Health Medical Center’s emergency department, labor and delivery unit, and behavioral health unit


• Outpatient services will include providing care in both Health’s behavioral health and obstetrics gynecology clinics for prenatal and perinatal patients


• Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm schedule for both outpatient and inpatient clinical responsibilities


• Phone only call coverage for nights and weekends-residents take first call


• Ability to work with an expanding multi-disciplinary and collegial department including an ob/gyn addiction trained liaison and the ability to do consults, manage medication for labor and delivery and ob/gyn clinics
