Skills

Minimum 1–2 years of clinical experience as a CRNA preferred
Experience in general, orthopedic, and endoscopy cases
Comfortable working independently in a CRNA-only model
Proficient in regional anesthesia techniques (US-guided blocks, spinal anesthesia)
Experience with EPIC EMR preferred
Ability to adapt to multiple sites within a regional network
