Description Work Dates Needed: ASAP for up 2-month coverage, possibility for extension or Locums-to-perm to fill a vacancy Preferred Schedule: Mon-Thurs, 10-hour shifts **open to adjusted scheduled based on availability Worksite Setting: Primary Care/Employee Health Scope of Work: Serving all patient populations. annual physicals and wellness exams, preventive screenings, evaluation and treatment of infections, minor injuries (sutures, and staples to stabilize injury), cold, flu, and sinus-related concerns, referrals to specialists, as needed, review of specialist reports, coordination on labs, imaging, and follow-up care Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: BE/BC, Must have Active, Unrestricted NV license, able to treat all ages, BLS, DEA EMR: Athena, training provided * Some information such as the email and phone number are hidden unless you are registered and logged-in
