Description Adelphi is seeking a Licensed Dentist to provide comprehensive dental services at a living center in Washington County, Texas. The ideal candidate will deliver high-quality dental care to individuals in care while ensuring compliance. Job Quick Facts: • Ref: BD-673-57 • Profession: Dentist • Specialty: General Dentistry • Location: Washington County, Texas • Facility Type: Residential Living Center • Contract Type: Contract Assignment • Start Date: ASAP (Tentative) • Work Schedule: 1–3 days per week (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM) to perform examinations : 2 full days per month (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM) to perform TIVA procedures Requirements: • Active, unrestricted Texas Dental License • Current CPR Certification (or ability to obtain during orientation) • All licenses, certifications, and credentials must remain active and in good standing throughout the contract term • Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening • Completion of a fingerprint-based criminal background check • Clearance of the Client Abuse/Neglect Reporting System (CANRS) • Clearance of the Employee Misconduct Registry and Nurse/Aide Registry • Compliance with all facility immunization requirements • Adherence to Agency attendance policies and applicable rules and regulations Availability to complete up to two (2) weeks of mandatory facility training, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM Responsibilities: • Provide comprehensive dental examinations and treatment services • Perform TIVA-related dental procedures as scheduled • Deliver routine and non-routine dental care to residents • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all services rendered • Follow all facility policies, procedures, and standard operating guidelines • Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory and accreditation standards • Complete all required facility and Agency training * Some information such as the email and phone number are hidden unless you are registered and logged-in
