Description Job Quick Facts: • Specialty: Hematology & Oncology • Job Type: Locum Tenens • Facility Location: Kamuela, HI • Service Setting: Outpatient • Reason For Coverage: Supplemental • Coverage Period: ASAP - Ongoing • Coverage Type: Clinical Only • Shift Schedule: Mon-Fri; 8a-5p - FTE, 3-6 months - 1-hr unpaid lunch • Patient Volume: 15-20 - Some patients is chemo visit & may only require a signature from MD • Support Staff: 1 APP, 2 RNs, 2 MAs, 1 Office Staff • Procedures/Duties: - Hematology Onco: Chemo administration & Treatment of Anemias, Lymphomas, Bleeding disorders & Carcinomas - Medical Onco: CNS, Chest, Skeletal neoplasm & Head/neck neoplasms - Breast tumors, Gynecological, Other (misc. cd's) • EMR: EPIC (CareLink) • Temporary Privileges available: Yes • Travel, lodging, and malpractice insurance covered Requirements: • Active HI License or IMLC • BC • DEA/CSR • NPDB Report? * Some information such as the email and phone number are hidden unless you are registered and logged-in
