Description JOB OVERVIEW • Job Title: Urologist • Job Type: Permanent (Full-Time) • Location: Mountain Home, Arkansas • Service Setting: Inpatient and Outpatient Surgical Services • Coverage Type: Clinical + Call • Coverage Period: Ongoing FACILITY INFORMATION • Surgical Suites: 11 suites in the Main OR and 6 in the Outpatient Surgery Center • Robotic Systems: Da Vinci XI and Da Vinci 5 available • Call Schedule: 1:3 • Hospital Coverage: Single hospital coverage • Administrative Support: Strong and supportive leadership and staff PATIENT INFORMATION • Patient Demographics: Adult patients • Case Mix: General urology and surgical cases PRIVILEGES & COMPLIANCE • Hospital Privileges: Required COMPENSATION & BENEFITS • Salary: Competitive base salary ($500,000+) plus production bonus • Relocation Assistance: Provided • Loan Repayment: Eligible for Public Service Loan Forgiveness (non-profit status) • Insurance: - Professional Liability Insurance - Health, Dental, Disability, and Life Insurance • Retirement Plan: Included • CME and PTO: Provided REQUIRED PROCEDURES • General urologic surgeries • Robotic-assisted urologic procedures using Da Vinci systems JOB REQUIREMENTS • Licenses: Arkansas medical license or eligibility • Certifications: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology • Experience: Open to new graduates and experienced physicians DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES • Deliver comprehensive urologic care in both inpatient and outpatient settings • Perform surgeries and procedures utilizing advanced OR technologies • Participate in call coverage and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams * Some information such as the email and phone number are hidden unless you are registered and logged-in
