Description JOB OVERVIEW • Job Title: Physician – Family Medicine or Internal Medicine • Job Type: Full-Time (Permanent) • Location: Valparaiso, IN • Service Setting: Outpatient Clinic • Coverage Type: Clinical + Call • Coverage Period: Ongoing • Clinical Shift Schedule: Monday–Friday (flexible) • Call Type: Rotational (telephone call only) • Call Ratio: 1:10 PATIENT INFORMATION • Patient Demographics: Full spectrum (Pediatrics to Geriatrics) • Patient Volume/Census: 15–30 patients/day • Phone Consults: Yes • Case Mix: General outpatient family/internal medicine FACILITY INFORMATION • EMR System: EPIC – HIMSS Stage VII certified • Office Equipment Available: Standard outpatient clinic tools • Specialty Backup Available: Collegial group of system physicians • Support Staff Available: Shared office with a Primary Care Provider PRIVILEGES & COMPLIANCE • Credentialing Timeline: 90–120 days post-offer COMPENSATION & BENEFITS • Rate: Highly competitive salary (negotiable, MGMA-aligned) • Travel, Lodging, and Malpractice Insurance: Favorable malpractice laws in Indiana • Additional Benefits: • Medical, Dental, Vision plans • 403B with employer match • Exceptional CME funding • Reimbursement for licensure (license, CSR, DEA), dues, and subscriptions • Contract bonuses based on RVUs • Flexible time off • Sign-on bonus and relocation reimbursement (negotiable) REQUIRED PROCEDURES • General outpatient family or internal medicine care JOB REQUIREMENTS • Licenses: Active IN license/IMLC • Certifications: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family/Internal Medicine • Experience: Open to experienced physicians and new grads • Other Qualifications: Effective EMR use (EPIC); strong interpersonal skills DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES • Provide comprehensive outpatient care to a full spectrum of patients • See 15–30 patients per day • Participate in 1:10 phone call rotation • Maintain documentation using EPIC EMR • Collaborate with supportive system physicians and primary care providers • Contribute to system-wide growth in an expanding health network * Some information such as the email and phone number are hidden unless you are registered and logged-in
