Description Job Quick Facts • Specialty: Urology • Job Type: Permanent • Facility Location: Findlay, OH • Service Setting: Inpatient • Reason For Coverage: Vacancy • Coverage Period: ASAP - Ongoing • Coverage Type: Clinical + Call • Work/Call Schedule: TBD; 1.5-2 OR days per week • Call Coverage: very light with mostly phone consultations on the off hours • Call Ratio: 1:3 • Patient Volume: 20-30 per day • Patient Demographics: Adults and Pedia • Support Staff: Medical staff, Operations team & leadership • Procedures: - Cystos male/female, Vasectomy under local, Bladder and prostate biopsies, Stent removal, PTNS, CMG, PNEs with Axonics, Bulkamid and Botox injections • Office Equipments: - Olympus CV 170 Cysto Towers x 3, with two rigid scopes and two flexible, Phillips Epiq 5 Ultra Sound, UroNav Fusion Biopsy, Urodynamics, UroLift, Nitrous • No. of Beds: 150; 16-bed ICU, 18-bed CCU • Trauma Level: III • EMR: Cerner • Other Info: - 24-hour inhouse hospitalist service available for ED admissions Requirements: • Active OH License • BC/BE (If BE, within 5 years of residency) • DEA (must be obtained prior to start)?
