Description Location: San Francisco East Bay (Inquire for specific clinic location) Duration: May – September (minimum 6 month, potential for locums to perm) Reason for coverage: perm opening in the office Schedule: 4-5 days per week, 8a-5p, Monday – Friday Call: n/a Patient volume: apx 18 per day (ramp up period) Scope: 100% outpatient primary care (Adult only) EMR: Epic Affiliated hospital: 130 beds, level II trauma Group/support: Full subspecialty support Requirements (boards, license): Epic EMR experience, Clean NPDB (non-negotiable), Board certified (may consider truly board eligible), and California license at time of application Skills 2 years of primary care * Some information such as the email and phone number are hidden unless you are registered and logged-in
