Rates: $3700/24 hours

Opportunity Highlights
Start Date: June 1, 2026.
Schedule: 2 weeks per month; 24-hour call blocks (Monday–Monday, 8:00 AM – 8:00 AM).
Setting: Inpatient Hospital, OR, and IR Labs (No clinic).
EMR: Epic.

Clinical Scope & Volume
The surgeon will manage a high-acuity vascular patient population and must be prepared for a 30-minute emergency response time.
Typical Day: Rounding (8:00 AM – 11:00 AM), consults, discharges, and inpatient procedures.
Volume: * Cases: 2–6 procedures per day.
Consults: 4–15 per day.
Admissions: 1–3 while on call.
Procedures: Open and endovascular surgical procedures.
Specialty Support: On-site access to Cardiac, Neuro, IR, Trauma, EP, and Interventional Cardio.
Patient Mix: 95% Adult / 5% Pediatric (Peds is rare).

Provider Requirements
Board Status: Board Certified in Vascular Surgery (Required).
Licensure: Active Pennsylvania (PA) Medical License in hand (Required). IMLC is not considered for this role.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of post-fellowship experience.
Certifications: Active ACLS and BLS.
DEA: Required.

Credentialing Information
Timeframe: 60 days to privilege.
Status: Full privileges available.
