Join Our Team as a Palliative Care Registered Nurse and Make a Meaningful Difference in Patients' Lives


We are seeking compassionate and skilled Palliative Care Registered Nurses to deliver exceptional comfort and symptom management for patients facing serious illnesses. Play a vital role in enhancing quality of life, whether providing end-of-life care or alleviating distressing symptoms such as pain, nausea, or fatigue. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a newly opening unit dedicated to compassionate patient care, beginning June 29, 2026.


Required Skills:


  • Minimum of 2 years of RN experience

  • Valid BLS certification

  • Epic electronic medical record system experience

  • Ability to float within units of equivalent or lower acuity levels

  • Strong communication and empathetic skills

  • Commitment to patient-centered care and teamwork



Nice to Have Skills:


  • Prior travel nursing experience

  • Experience working in palliative or hospice settings

  • Additional certifications relating to palliative or hospice care



Preferred Education and Experience:


  • Registered Nurse licensed in the state of practice

  • Proven ability to handle complex patient needs with professionalism and compassion

  • Prior experience with electronic health records, preferably Epic



Other Requirements:


  • Willingness to float to inpatient units as needed

  • Availability for night shift hours (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM), 3x12-hour shifts per week

  • Current BLS certification required
