Join Our Team as a Palliative Care Registered Nurse


Are you a compassionate RN dedicated to improving patients' quality of life through expert symptom management and comfort care? Our healthcare facility is seeking passionate Palliative Care Registered Nurses to provide exceptional end-of-life and treatment-related care to a diverse patient population. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a newly established unit opening on July 1, 2026, where your skills will directly impact patient comfort and well-being during challenging times.


Required Skills:


  • Minimum of 2 years of RN experience in a clinical setting

  • Valid BLS certification

  • EPIC EMR system experience

  • Ability to float within units of equivalent or lower acuity

  • Strong assessment, communication, and compassionate care skills



Nice to Have Skills:


  • Prior travel nursing experience in palliative or hospice care

  • Experience working with diverse patient populations

  • Additional certifications related to palliative or geriatric care



Preferred Education and Experience:


  • Registered Nurse license in good standing

  • Prior experience in inpatient, hospice, or palliative care settings

  • Familiarity with EPIC electronic health records



Other Requirements:


  • Valid BLS certification

  • Willingness to float to various inpatient units as needed

  • Must be able to start by 06/15/2026

  • Shift: Night 3×12-hour shifts (19:00 - 07:00)

  • Hours per week: 12-hour shifts



Compensation and Benefits:


  • Hourly Pay Rate: $59.18

  • Weekly pay via direct deposit
