• Candidate CVs need to have month & date on their work experience w/all gaps in employment accounted for.


• Chart closure within 72 hours 


• Schedule = 18 PPD, minimum is 18 PPD


• Monday-Friday 8-5


• A mix of peds/adults 


• A decision is typically made within 7-14 days


• APCs with 3 years of experience in a similar setting 


• PAs must have a CA Controlled Substance Education Course Certificate 


• NPs must have a Furnishing License with Schedules II


• Active DEA needed before the start


• Credentialing takes 30-90 days

The following immunizations are required for credentialing (before the start date):

• 2022-2023 Flu Vaccine


• TB Status/X-Ray Results (results must be within 90 days before the start date)


• Positive MMR Titer or Complete Immunization Series
