Facility Description:

• Level II Trauma/Level II NICU


• 12 Operating Rooms


• 257 Bed Facility


• EMR: Cerner


• Care Team Model: 23 CRNA; 7 MD

Types of Cases:

Vascular, Gynecology, Orthopedics, Trauma, Cystoscopy, ENT, Neurology, Orthospine, General Surgery, Robotic Surgery, Cardiothoracic (Hearts & Valves), Thoracic-Lungs, OB-Non-high risk, Gastrointestinal, Electrophysiology, MRI, CT, Cath lab. Off-site locations may include Ambulatory Surgery Centers (ASCs), Cath Labs, and Endoscopy.

Availability Requirements:

• Must be Board Certified by the National Board of Certification and Recertification of Nurse Anesthetists


• Full-time availability only


• Active FL License required (willing to accept those who need to apply)


• No malpractice or prior background history


• Must be available for a minimum of 3 months
