  • Specialty:
        
    • Medical Oncology- Physician (MD/DO)
      
  • Coverage Needs:
        
    • Trauma Level 2  
    • 3 months, possibly more.
      
  • Shifts: 
        
    • Weekend and evening call is 1:4 to 1:5  
    • Normal business hours are 8am-5pm, M-F  
    • Will cover hospital rounding service and see patients in clinic with shortened schedule
      
  • Call: 
        
    • Yes  
    • Weekend and evening call is 1:4 to 1:5  
    • #calls per day: 5  
    • #calls per night: 2-3
      
  • Census:
        
    • 12-16
      
  • Support Staff: 
        
    • MA, RN, NP/PA
      
  • Procedures: 
        
    • Prescribe chemotherapy, oversee inpatient service with APP support, will have a shortened outpatient clinic schedule with APP and Nurse Navigation support.
        No specific procedures needed, IR does our bone marrow biopsies.
      
  • EMR: 
        
    • Epic
      
  • Board Certification: 
        
    • Board Certified
      
  • Travel: 
        
    • Hospital will cover.
      
  • Credentialing timeline:
        
    • Expedited Onboarding
      
  • Requirements:
        
    • Board Certified  
    • providers with at least 3-5 years of experience  
    • BLS  
    • CO State License only  
    • Willing to license a provider.  
    • Looking for excellent communication, strong clinic experience with solid tumor and benign/malignant hematology
