    • Need ASAP - Ongoing  
    • Open to days or nights or both   
    • Must be able to cover 3+ shifts per month
      
  • Shifts: 
        
    •  7a-7p or 7p-7a
      
  • Setting: 
        
    • General and Surgical hospital  
    • 12 ED beds  
    • 28k annual ED volume  
    • 149 bed hospital   
    • CT, Nuclear Med, Lab, MRI, ICU, PT, Ultrasound, Cardiac Cath Lab  
    • Level 3 trauma center 
      
  • Census:
        
    • Annual volume 22000  
    • Patients per day: 60  
    • % EMS 10.30%  
    • % ADMITTED PATIENTS 6.60%
      
  • Support Staff: 
        
    • Backup: ENT, Pediatrics, Cardiology, Ortho, IM, Radiology, FP, Pathology, Surgery, Pulm, Oncology, Hematology  
    • NP/PA 10 hours per day 
      
  • Procedures: 
        
    • All Standard ER procedures 
      
  • EMR: 
        
    • PICIS
      
  • Board Certification: 
        
    • Board Certified Required 
      
  • Travel: 
        
    • Hospital will cover.
      
  • Credentialing timeline:
        
    • Expedited Onboarding hoping for ASAP start 
      
  • Requirements:
        
    • Active LA state license or IMLC  
    • Active DEA in LA or willing to transfer   
    • ATLS, ACLS, PALS
