Job details:

• Board Certified/Eligible OBGYN


• Active Massachusetts License or in Process


• Join a large multi-site healthcare system Southeast of Boston


• Candidate must have leadership experience


• This position has both clinical and leadership responsibilities


• Managing a department that is leading the area


• Call is on average one 24 hour shift per month and 2 days in house L&D, and 3 days of backup calls


• Nocturnist Laborists on-site during the weeknights


• Base salary for 2 years then wRVU with production and quality based compensation
