  • Specialty:
        
    • Emergency Medicine   
    • Looking for ABEM trained only 
      
  • Coverage Needs:
        
    • Need ASAP - Ongoing
      
  • Shifts: 
        
    • Have Days, Mids, & Nights  
    • Mon-Tues: 7a-5p, 9a-7p, 3p-12a, & 7p-7a.  
    • Wed- Fri: 7a-4p, 9a-6p, 3p-12a, & 7p-7a.  
    • Sat-Sun: 7a-5p, 12p-10p, & 7p-7a
      
  • Setting: 
        
    • Acute-care community hospital  
    • Handles minor to moderate trauma   
    • Severe trauma sent to Shreveport   
    • Must be comfortable stabilizing and transferring
      
  • Census:
        
    • 200 bed hospital   
    • 27.4k annual volume  
    • Average 75 patients per day 
      
  • Support Staff: 
        
    • Most subspecialties are on site except for neuro surgery and hand surgery  
    • NPPA: Mon-Fri: 12p-9p. Sat-Sun: 11a-8p
      
  • Procedures: 
        
    • All Standard ER procedures 
      
  • EMR: 
        
    • EPIC 
      
  • Board Certification: 
        
    • Board Certified Required 
      
  • Travel: 
        
    • Hospital will cover
      
  • Credentialing timeline:
        
    • Expedited Onboarding - hoping for ASAP start 
      
  • Requirements:
        
    • Active LA state license  
    • Active DEA and CDS in LA or willing to transfer   
    • ATLS, ACLS
