The physician will provide comprehensive urgent care services, managing a broad range of acute conditions and working alongside an experienced multidisciplinary care team to deliver timely, high-quality patient outcomes.

*Responsibilities*

* Perform urgent care triage, evaluation, and treatment including ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests and recommending appropriate clinical interventions
* Document all clinical assessments, treatment decisions, medications ordered, and referral consultations in the electronic health record on the day of each encounter
* Provide patient stabilization and coordinate transfer to higher-level care facilities when clinically indicated
* Deliver consultation and referral guidance to referring clinicians as appropriate
* Provide discharge education and follow-up instructions to patients following each urgent care encounter
* Participate in staff meetings, QA/QI documentation, and patient safety compliance and reporting

*Qualifications*

* Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Emergency Medicine, or a related specialty
* Current, full, and unrestricted medical license in any U.S. state or territory
* Current BLS and ACLS certifications
* Active National Provider Identifier (NPI)
* Strong clinical experience in urgent care, emergency medicine, or acute care settings
* Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary clinical team in a fast-paced environment

*Schedule*

Clinic Hours: Daily, 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM (including holidays)
