X-ray Clinical Responsibilities
Radiologic exam interpretation (unofficial)
Participation in code stroke response team
EMR: Epic Carepath Credentialing
Estimated timeframe: ~60 days, pending license and background Requirements
Board Certified (NCCPA) – required
Ohio license – highly preferred; will consider providers needing to obtain license
ACLS – required
Self-Query NPDB (within 30 days) – required at presentation
