Required Skills:


  • Valid RN license in the state of practice

  • Minimum of 2 years of professional nursing experience in a Medical/Surgical setting

  • Proficiency in using computers, healthcare software, and web-based applications

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to clearly convey information across diverse audiences

  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities

  • Ability to delegate and collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team

  • Knowledge of current healthcare regulations and evidence-based practices



Nice to Have Skills:


  • Certification in clinical specialty areas (e.g., CCRN, CNOR)

  • Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems

  • Bilingual abilities for enhanced patient communication

  • Leadership or preceptor experience



Preferred Education and Experience:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) or higher

  • More than 2 years of clinical experience in a hospital or surgical unit

  • Prior experience with patient education and care coordination



Other Requirements:


  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Life Support (ACLS), and Pediatric Life Support (PALS) certifications from the American Heart Association

  • Ability to work in a physically demanding environment, including heavy lifting and prolonged standing

  • Willingness to work shifts from 12:00 AM to 12:00 AM (full 24-hour shift)

  • Knowledge of OSHA regulations and infection control protocols

  • Reliable transportation for potential facility travel or training (if applicable)
