    • Need ASAP - Ongoing  
    • Must be able to cover 3+ shifts per month
      
  • Shifts: 
        
    • 7a - 7p
      
  • Setting: 
        
    • Critical Access Hospital   
    • Level 3 trauma center   
    • Medium acuity
      
  • Census:
        
    • 5 ED beds  
    • 19k annual ED volume
      
  • Support Staff: 
        
    • 24 hours of physician coverage daily
      
  • Procedures: 
        
    • All Standard ER procedures 
      
  • EMR: 
        
    • Cerner
      
  • Board Certification: 
        
    • Board Certified Required 
      
  • Travel: 
        
    • Hospital will cover
      
  • Credentialing timeline:
        
    • Expedited Onboarding hoping for ASAP start 
      
  • Requirements:
        
    • Active LA state license  
    • Active DEA in LA or willing to transfer   
    • ATLS, ACLS, PALS
