Description Great PA- Surgery 13 week Contract in Chicago, IL! PA- Experienced in Surgery - Transplant Surgery program, which includes kidney, liver, and pancreas, and includes vascular access clinics/procedures -OR or evaluating surgical patients in the clinic; OR role is primarily driving the laparoscopic camera; assists in evaluating new kidney transplant candidates and rotating to the inpatient service -This position is 15% outpatient with 85% in the operating room Shift: primarily days, no nights; rotating weekends and holidays - Schedule- 8hour shift Days (Start time & end time varies on OR schedule & case. It is 5 days a week with 1 inpatient weekend shift every 6th week. - BLS, ACLS -Licensed in IL Required -Start ASAP, 30 day credentialing period New grads accepted- For Perm though, must have a rotation in the operating room (OR); otherwise, one (1) year of experience as a PA in an operating room (OR).
