Position: Urologist (BC/BE) Opportunity Highlights: - Full-time permanent position
- Join a not-for-profit health system; 99-bed acute care hospital
- Established practice with strong referral base and patient volume
- Two modern practice locations
- Shared call (=10 days/month)
- Teaching opportunities with medical students and residents
Practice Environment: - Da Vinci robotic surgery available
- EMR: Meditech (evaluating upgrades)
- Experienced, dedicated support staff
Compensation & Benefits: - Competitive salary + quarterly wRVU incentives (3–5 year agreement)
- Signing bonus + annual commitment bonus (starting year 2)
