OVERVIEW
Join an established neighborhood primary care/geriatric clinic, using a value based care model, to ensure patients are seen & heard year round preventing complications from multiple chronic conditions.

ROLE
•   Avg. 14-17 patients a day
•   Monday thru Friday, NO WEEKENDS
•   Providers per clinic: Average 3-5 (Primary Care Physicians + NP’s)
•   Onsite Lab & Pharmacy
•   Care team: Scribe, MA, Social Worker

PACKAGE
Salary range $240-$260K+ (commensurate with experience/ site)
Quality Bonus annually plus Promotion Track to Leadership

6 weeks PTO includes major holidays & CME

Skills

• Ability to obtain/maintain medical license in state of Missouri
• 1+ years experience required
• Board Certified/Board Eligible Internal Medicine, Family Medicine or Geriatrics
