POSITION OVERVIEW This RN position is a Pre- Post - Procedural position with the Aspirus Riverview Surgical Services Unit. This includes GI and Outpatient Infusion. it is a .2 fte which is one day a week but there will be opportunity to pick up additional hours. The shifts have staggered starts to accomodiate the extended day. LOCATION: Wisconsin Rapids, Wisconsin SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS Our ideal candidate will possess the following skills: The Registered Nurse is a professional who assumes the responsibility and accountability for the provision of assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of nursing care provided that incorporates evidence based practice. A key aspect of the work of Nursing is to continually improve the quality of nursing care by collecting and analyzing data. EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE Candidates should possess one or more of the following: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing. Valid registration as an RN in the state of Wisconsin. Previous OR experience desired and at least 1 year of hospital experience or 2 years in clinic or LTC required.
