Full-time Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner needed at a top facility in Arizona!

Currently looking to hire a psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner (PMHNP certified).
Will need Arizona license and DEA. 
Clinic setting treating patients with depression, anxiety, PTSD, addiction, bi-polar disorder. 

Schedule:  Monday-Friday 8-5 (or 4,10's... can be flexible)
Volume: 12-16 patients/day
Patient population: ages 10+ but primarily adolescents and adults

Rural area with unlimited outdoor activities!  Mountain biking, hiking, close to the grand canyon, 2 hours from Phoenix
