Description The position is Monday through Friday – 40 hours per week. We do not do telehealth or outpatient treatment at this facility. Some duties are as listed below: ? Provides therapy to patients in an acute episode of mental illness. ? Participates in a multidisciplinary treatment team to develop individualized treatment plans for each patient. ? Performs and supervises initial assessment, psychological testing, and forensic testing as needed. ? Serves as an expert witness regarding the need for further inpatient hospitalization. ? Competency evaluations for patients with misdemeanor charges. Skills Preferred Credentials: Psy.D. in clinical or counseling psychology.
