Assignment Overview:
We are seeking a Board-Certified Emergency Medicine Physician for an ongoing locum tenens assignment in Texas. This is a strong opportunity at a Level III Trauma Center with an open ICU setting.

Start Date: July 2026
Assignment Length: 6 months to start (potential for extension)
Location: North Richland Hills, TX

Schedule:
10–14 shifts per month
12-hour and 24-hour shifts available
Flexible scheduling: days, nights, or a mix (provider preference)

Facility Details:
Level III Trauma Center
Open ICU environment
EMR: Meditech
Patient Volume: 1–2 patients per hour

Required Procedures:
Airway Management (Intubation)
Chest Tube Insertions
Wound & Skin Care
Standard Emergency Department procedures (“bread and butter” ER cases)

Requirements:
*Experience-Need to have at least 3+ Years of established ER experience under their belt.
Board Certified in Emergency Medicine (ABEM)
Active Texas License
DEA
ACLS, BLS, PALS, ATLS certifications

Compensation & Logistics:
Pay Rate: $320–$340/hour
Mileage reimbursement provided
Lodging: capped (limited budget on housing expenses from client)

Additional Notes:
Ongoing coverage needs beyond initial assignment possible
Ideal candidate is flexible and comfortable in a dynamic ER setting
