COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant (FNP / PA-C)
- Up to $120,239 guaranteed annual salary
- $12,000 Signing bonus (10% of 1st year’s salary)
- Excellent benefits package, including 6% employer-match on 401K
- Up to $50,000 in State sponsored school loan assistance every 2 years
RESPONSIBILITIES AND FACILITY DETAILS Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant (FNP / PA-C)
- Community Health Center setting - Primary care setting
- Integrated Health System - providing Dental, Primary Care, and Behavioral Health services
- A non-profit organization focused to serve the underserved patient population
- A patient-focused caseload of 15 patients per day average
