COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS Social Worker (LCSW, LMSW, MFT, LPC, LCPC)
- Up to $85,000 annual salary with experience
- $5,000 Signing Bonus
- Medical insurance premium fully paid by the employer – employee & family

RESPONSIBILITIES AND FACILITY DETAILS Social Worker (LCSW, LMSW, MFT, LPC, LCPC)
- Nonprofit / Indian Tribal Health Organization serving the local native population
- Patient-focused approach - 8 patient per day avg.
- 4 x 10 hours (or) traditional Monday-Friday scheduling options available
- Integrated health system with a multidisciplinary Behavioral Health department
- Free membership to a state of the Fitness center - Five lane lap pool, basketball gym, cardio & weight equipment
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS Social Worker (LCSW, LMSW, MFT, LPC, LCPC)
- Seeking LCSW credentials but also open to LMSC, MFT, LPC, and LCPC disciplines
- Multidisciplinary behavioral health department offering full spectrum of BH services for all age-groups
