* Hospital employed will consider a BE/BC Gastroenterologist and 2022 grads- must be BC within 5 years of completion of residency 
* Preference for someone with EUS/ERCP experience as the facility has these capabilities 
* shared call - no unassigned ER call - hospital has a surgicalist program in place
