Description Immediate need for an Anesthesiologist to join a locum practice in Oklahoma Coverage dates: ASAP - Ongoing M-TH. 2 weeks on 2 weeks off. Split coverage. Will need each FTE equivalent to take 2 weekend calls (F-Su) per quarter. If a split FTE, then each can take 1 weekend call/quarter. Generally, an FTE takes 2 weekend calls (F-Su collective) per quarter, and approximately 8 weekday (M-Th scattered) per quarter. Calls are distributed equally. The call burden is light and call doc generally comes in at 1200. Rarely get called in overnight or on weekends. Cases include Ortho, general surgery, GI sedation, general pediatrics (BMT, T&A), adult ENT, GYN, spine, cataracts. All are bread and butter cases.
