BC FM physician needed in IN to work in primary care center next to hospital. Call is 1:6 weeks. Must be board certified and willing to be the collaborator with 2 NPs. EXCELLENT guaranteed base salary plus RVU. $20,000 sign-on, $10,000 relocation, $4,000 CME, full benefits including paid malpractice and 30 days paid time off. Community has a population of about 24,000. 70 minutes from Indianapolis, Cincinnati and Dayton.
