Description Momentum Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Psychiatrist licensed in Arizona to start ASAP for 2-4 hours per month of court ordered treatment chart review. The psych MD will sign off on COTs and have the occasional patient evaluation to continue or decline continuation of court ordered psych treatment. If needed in person the hourly rate is $175 however may never be needed in person. Requirements: Specialty: Psych Education: MD DO License: Arizona. Do not have to live in state, this position is REMOTE. Certification: Board Certified Facility Details: Dates/ Schedule needed: 2-4 hours per month Flat fee of $500 per month for all telehealth reviews.
