Description
Randstad Healthcare has partnered with a hospital for a permanent Nocturnist opportunity. The hospital is located 1 hour southwest of Raleigh, NC. Please review the details below:
• 395 Bed Hospital
• Nocturnist position - schedule 12 shifts per month 6 on / 8 off, 144 shifts per year with the opportunity to pick up extra shifts
• BC or truly BE in IM. Will consider FP if they have 3 years of hospitalist experience in an Open ICU.
• Open ICU with 50 critical care beds
• Procedures required
• EMR - Epic starting July 2017
• Clean background: must be licensed or eligible for licensure in NC
• Salary starting at $270k
• Sign on bonus
• Loan repayment option up to $50k over 3 years
• Productivity bonus opportunity for exceeding goals
• Malpractice insurance including tail coverage
• Relocation reimbursement up to $10k

• Average Daily census is approximately 200 per day with 50 admissions per day.
• Strong Critical Care skills required.
• Hospitalist group has 46 physicians, 15 advanced practice providers plus 20 employees PRN staff.
