Description
Randstad Healthcare is partnering with an Urgent Care for a permanent Medical Director position 15 minutes northeast of Annapolis, MD. Below are specifics about the position.
• Board Certified FP or EM with 3 years of experience.
• IM is accepted with extensive Peds and Urgent Care experience.
• Permanent position
• Active and current Medical License and DEA
• Average patient census: 3-4 per hour
• Center provides Urgent Care Services and some Occupational Medicine.
• No Primary Care practiced
• Additional services include: Travel Medicine Program and performing Immigration Physicals
• 4 exam rooms, X-Ray & Lab, Triage room
• Support staff: Center manager, MA, X-ray tech, and receptionist
• Looking for physician to cover 13- 12 hour shifts per month.
o Fixed $1,250 per additional shift over 13.
• Base salary and monthly benefit contributions, PTO, CME allowance, Bonus Incentive Program
