SMART is searching for Emergency Medicine Physicians for a locum tenens opportunity in Birmingham, AL.  Ideal candidates must be BC/BE EM, IM or FP with similar EM experience, ACLS, ATLS, and PALS required if not ABEM.

• Locums Rate: $230/hour – plus paid travel, lodging, and malpractice insurance with tail


• Annual Volume: 46,000


• Coverage Model: 35 hours of Physician Coverage


• Mid-Level Coverage: 36 hours


• Beds: 295 Hospital Beds


• Credentialing: 60-90 days
