• Locums Rate: $250/hour – plus paid travel, lodging, and malpractice insurance with tail


• Annual Volume: 50,000 – Level III Trauma


• Coverage Model: 41 hours of Physician Coverage


• Mid-Level Coverage: 36 hours


• EMR: AllScripts


• Credentialing: 60-90 days
