SMART Physician Recruiting is seeking a FT locum CRNA for a new locum tenens opportunity In Western Minnesota, South of Fargo. This position is ideal for CRNAs, looking for placement in a dynamic environment, whether local or from out of state. We will cover the cost of a Minnesota license, and help with its processing for 2+weeks/month of coverage. The ideal candidate would be someone with ongoing and full-time availability. We will work towards a start within 2-4 weeks of credentialing.

• Locums Rate: $110/hour– plus paid travel, lodging, and malpractice insurance with tail

• Overtime Premium: Will be discussed upon interview, but a premium will be paid after 40hrs

• Call Rate: $100 pager stipend + premium for every hour on call

• Case Types: General, Ortho, L&D Epidurals, C-sections, Trauma (level IV), MAC

• ORs and Patient Volume: 2 ORs, 25 beds, 5-10 OB deliveries a month

• Coverage Model: 3 CRNAs – Fully Independent

• Week Length: Guaranteed full-time hours every week

• Call Schedule: Beeper call – 20 min response time – M-F and Sat/Sun available

• Special Requirements: ACLS, PALS, and BLS. MN license preferred.

• License/Credentialing: expedited 2-4 weeks
