SMART  is searching for Emergency Medicine Nurse Practitioners or Physician Assistants for a locum tenens opportunity outside of Hartford, CT.



  • Locums Rate: $80/hour – plus paid travel, lodging, and malpractice insurance with tail

  • Annual Volume: 53,000

  • Trauma Designation: Level II

  • Physician Coverage: 48 hrs.

  • NP/PA Coverage: 30 hrs.

  • Beds: 22 Bed ED

  • EMR: Cerner

  • Credentialing: 60-90 days

  • Certifications Required: ACLS, ATLS, PALS
