Description 52 weeks Assignment TX RN license AHA BLS ONS chemotherapy –biotherapy provider card is a requirement 2+ years Oncology/Infusion RN Oncology Assessment, ONS chemotherapy-biotherapy administration, vascular access device management, peripheral IV starts Preferred Skillset: Oncology certification & detail oriented Charting/Equipment: EPIC (within the last 6 months) & Alaris IV pump 5 day shifts, each 8 hours (8:00 am-4:00 pm) Skills Required Onboarding Certifications - BLS - Core Mandatory Exam - Nursing - Oncology - RN - Medication/Pharmacology - General - RN - Oncology - RN Skills * Some information such as the email and phone number are hidden unless you are registered and logged-in
