Seeking Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner to join a growing practice

If you are looking to be a part of a team that is growing - this will be for you. With a lot of opportunity to be a leader among the practice and one of the first few providers to join this team, I'm looking for a driven individual. Candidates must have their PMHNP and an AZ license. 

This clinic offers complete services for patients struggling with mental health. We offer psychiatry, mental health therapy, and medication management for patients suffering from depression, anxiety, PTSD, addiction, and bi-polar disorder.

Additional info:

• Looking for candidates ASAP 
• Monday-Friday 8-5 (flexibility to offer 4, 10's if desired)
• Volume -- anywhere from 12-16 patients/day
• New patient evals will be 50 minutes, follow ups are 20-25
• Primarily  Medication Management
• Patient population: ages 10+ but primarily adolescents and adults
