Description ASAP - June 2024 * Just 1 hour from Milwaukee and Madison * Clinic Hours and Call Coverage * Physician must be Board Certified * Outpatient * EMR: Athena and Meditech * 15 patients/shift * Must have active WI license * Required Certifications: ACLS, BLS * Support Staff: RN, MA's, PA's, NP's * Provider will be required to supervise APP's * No OB * Hospital covers the cost of travel, lodging and malpractice insurance * Some information such as the email and phone number are hidden unless you are registered and logged-in
