Position Details:

• Title: Outpatient Physical Therapist

• Location: Lakewood Ranch, FL

• Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday, 7:45 AM – 5:00 PM

• Classification: Exempt

• Salary Range: $73,000 – $95,000/year (based on experience)

• Sign-On Bonus: $2,000 total – paid in $500 installments every 3 months

• Employment Type: Permanent, Direct Hire

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to provide high-quality, patient-centered care in our outpatient clinic. You’ll work with a diverse patient population, develop individualized treatment plans, and help patients achieve their recovery goals in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.

What You’ll Do:

• Evaluate and assess patient needs and goals

• Develop customized treatment plans using a variety of therapeutic techniques

• Educate patients and caregivers on treatment and home exercise programs

• Document patient progress and maintain accurate records

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care

Qualifications:

• Doctorate or Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program

• Active Florida PT license (or eligibility)

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred but not required
